About Jasmine Orozco
Born in Mykonos and based between Greece and Denmark, Jasmine Orozco is a Greek, Mexican and Danish multidisciplinary artist creating immersive projects that blur documentary realism with poetic abstraction.
Rooted in documentary processes, her practice explores cultural identity, community and human emotion through a soft and nurturing lens.
She studied Film and Television Production at Cambridge School of Art (ARU) and directed her first documentary while living in Christiania, Copenhagen’s self-governing commune.
In 2024 she presented her audiovisual installation NOSTALGIA at the Mykonos Municipal Art Gallery and screened A Day in Christiania at MEETCHA! Festival in Italy. In October-November 2025 she co-organised and exhibited in CYCLES at the M. Igglesi Municipal Art Gallery of Mykonos.
